A 19th century brownstone, once split into several rental units, was brought back to life as a single family home for a family settling in New York. The goal was to preserve its classic character while introducing a clean, modern aesthetic that felt personal to the family.
Prime Builders rebuilt the house from the inside out, strengthening the structure and renewing what time had worn down. Inside, the design leans modern and refined, with high end Italian finishes, sleek lines, and a calm palette that gives the home a contemporary feel.
