Currently under construction, 246 West 18th Street is a 12-story, 21-unit residential development in prime Chelsea, totaling approximately 40,000 square feet and designed with Passive House–inspired principles.

Prime Builders is leading execution from early coordination through construction, working closely with the development and overseas design teams. The building features a high-performance envelope, including curtain wall systems, triple-pane windows, and fully integrated mechanical systems designed for long-term efficiency.

Residences will be finished with carefully selected materials and detailing throughout, including Salvatori marble, bespoke fixtures by CEA, natural oak flooring, and fully integrated kitchen and bath packages.

Completion is scheduled for May 2027, with an estimated construction timeline of 19 months.
